Visit Pop Up Patch this summer to experience our stunning sunflower field, where you can pick your own flowers and explore the maze.
While you're here, don't miss our vibrant wildflower meadow, enjoy a refreshing drink at our café, let the kids play in our play area, grab some delicious food, and get some of our farm-grown vegetables to take home with you!
Northern Heavy Horse Show
Sunday July 20th 2025
Have you ever seen a shire horse up close?
Come along to the Pop Up Patch to see a heavy horse show this summer! See local Shire and heavy horse owners and part-bred’s, take to the ring for the championship spot. This is a fantastic spectacle not to be missed!
Entry is £10 per family as normal, with 50% of proceeds going toward the Northern Heavy Horse Society’s chosen charity.
Local trade stands, cafe, PYO and play area open to the public!
Pre-book or tickets will also be available on the gate.
Activities
During summer there will be a range of activities on offer, including face painting, trails/quizzes, games and pick your own wild flowers, sweetcorn, potatoes and other seasonal veg!
Autumn
Come back to visit us in Autumn for pumpkin picking, carve your own and more fun activities! Booking os now open for October 2025!

We not only offer pick your own sunflowers, but also have beautiful cut flowers and wild flower patch too!

Well behaved dogs are welcome to visit, if on a lead.

Pick your own and buy our home grown local produce, such as potatoes, sweetcorn, carrots!

You are welcome to bring your own picnic and find a nice spot to eat! We have picnic benches or you can bring a blanket.

Children’s playground with, swings, slides, climbing frames and sand pit!
☕️ Cafe
Cafe serving hot drinks, cakes, ice cream, as well as local food trucks serving pizza, burgers and more!
